My RE did our last IUI. (First two were in my ob/gyn's office with little other intervention).
RE did all of my sonos during stimming.
He did consults with me individually and Hubby & I together.
He answered his cell phone when I had a question during stimming.
He came into the office on weekends to see me when I needed sonos before our ER.
He came into the office earlier than he planned one day when I had unexpected pain and possible signs of OHSS.
Our RE and Andrologist/Embryologist were AWESOME.
You didn't ask for my opinion---but here it is: if you can afford to travel to a different area where an RE might be covered by your insurance, or pay out of pocket, do so. I can't imagine the emotional journey of IF coupled with what seems to be very impersonal treatment. I believe I had top notch care during our journey, and it was hard enough as it was....
I'm just so sorry that your RE has been this way for you guys.....
