seriously? again?

And here's cold #3. As if I wasn't already feeling crappy since baby dropped last week and just the normal last month uncomfortableness and crankiness. But oh no, here's a cold just to make you even more miserable!! I've had maybe 1-2 colds in the past 10 years but once I became pregnant all bets were off. So tired of this crap... Hubby is on his way home with sudafed so that maybe this drainage will stop for a little while. And guess I will go make some damn soup. Which is the other downside to colds when you also have celiac and have to make your own chicken noodle soup... Ok I'm done ranting and crying now... Thanks for "listening" lol

I feel for you . :( I don't have celiac, but I have a neurological disorder that causes me to get migraines, dizzy, numb and nauseous. I'm 39 weeks pregnant, have a cold and it sent me into quite the migraine episode. I've been hibernating in the dark and DH has been taking care of me, but I'm MISERABLE. The headache is starting to fade, but every movement makes me want to puke. Sometimes you feel a little better just complaining about it. I hope you feel better and the sudafed helps!

I'm on cold #2 in the past 4 weeks.  It's miserable! Take the sudafed, you will feel so much better.  I finally caved and was able to sleep for a few glorious uninterrupted hours.  I hope you feel better soon!

I'm 30 weeks (FTM) and I have decided to become a shut-in for the rest of my pregnancy.  I had a cold a few months ago while on my babymoon when I was still very nauseous and it was so miserable.  And, now, everywhere I go people are hacking up a lung (usually without covering their mouths).  You can't trust people to be responsible and not spread their germs all over the place.  Plus, it's flu season and I can't get the flu shot (severe reactions in the past) so that's scary.  I just don't go out anymore unless I have to and when I do, I am constantly paying attention to coughing around me (I run away dramatically with my coat over my face) and I make sure I never touch my face with my hands.  And I am going through hand sanitizer like it's water.  My hands are crazy dry and chapped but I don't care...better than being sick.  I feel for all of you who have colds!  Hope you're all better soon!

The rug. Then you're trapped in your lovely nest, and the things you used to own, now they own you.
