Anyway this is my first hearing of a sprinkle party.....what is a sprinkle party and what are the rules?? Basically, it's a really small shower. It's a newer concept, I believe.
who throws a sprinkle party? A member of your immediate family or a VERY close friend

do you have a registry or is that open ended? no registry
can you just have appitizers or just desserts or does a full meal have to be offered at a sprinkle party? If you are doing it at a "meal time" I would serve a meal. Otherwise I think apps and deserts are fine
thank you for your help....I was also thinking of a meet the baby party which do you think is better? In your situation, I would honestly say a meet the baby party is better. I think people that want to bring you gifts will and who doesn't love to meet a new baby.
