Experience coming off Depo Provera?

Hi all, I have been on depo for almost 9 months now due to stage IV endometriosis...and I (and my dr) have decided not to get my last depo shot. I've have severe weight gain, stretch marks, hair falling out, emotional roller coaster, etc. 

My question is this. I was reading online about withdrawl symptoms and they are very scary!!! Migraines, more weight GAIN, extreme nasea and fatigue, depression etc. 

What were your experiences going off the shot? And would bridging by going on the mini pill help the side effects? I have a clotting disorder so I can't do any estrogen.

Stage IV endo discovered 8/09
Semen analysis OK except low morph
3 HSGs, 1 hysteroscopy
2nd lap with a specialist to remove more endo 11/09
2 years and a lot of heartache later we're FINALLY moving on
Feb: 50mg clomid days 5-9+ovidrel+IUI#1+prometrium=BFFN
March: 50mg clomid days 3-9+ovidrel+IUI#2+prometrium

Since everyone reacts so differently to meds and drugs, I'm not sure my experience will help, but I was on the depo for a VERY long time back when I was about 19-28 or so.  I got off of it when I got married and I had ZERO side effects. 

I am now back on it (have been for about 6 months) and again no side effects.

However, I'm the type of person who rarely gets side effects from drugs.  Good luck!
