I watched it last week when I saw it mentioned on here - I liked it a lot, found it really informative. Definitely makes you feel like you can't slack on any one thing - hydration, vitamins, timing, diet (to affect pH balance).
It also makes me feel like it's a crapshoot so I should pick up a superstition like I have for my favorite NFL team - I plan to wear the same jersey & hat & drink out of the same team-themed mug for every playoff game. So maybe I should wear the same lingerie, or something? Hop on one foot before, repeat "Baby" four times after doing it.
Never going to get DH to watch it. Everrrr. At least he's willing to hump whenever I say so!
