HG Who is still puking??

I am generally able to sleep until about 3am then it's up to puke. It's relatively new as I was getting better sleep for most of 3rd tri.

Also I would like to complain about the zofran and constipation. Being constipated flares up my nausea, and I just can't win.

Nothing will ever compare to those first 24 weeks of hell, so I feel a twinge of guilt to complain about a few hours of sickness per day.

Hope you ladies are feeling better than I am.

I'm with you... I've been getting IV infusions 3x a week since 16 weeks and the vomitting slowed way down about 26 weeks, but around 34 weeks it started to fire back up again.  The constipation is a killer!!!

I heard a coworker talk about how she is 13 weeks pregnant and I shuddered to think of going back to that again.  Like you, puking a a few times a week or even a couple times a day is such a huge improvement that I hate to complain, but man, am I ready to feel hungry and not feel nauseous!

I puke pretty consistently, usually every to every other morning and then maybe once again during the day. It's easier than 1st and 2nd tri because the nausea comes on strongly but leaves quickly.

Can they do anything for your constipation? Sorry you're feeling this way :-\

Still Puking Everyday, about 6 or so times a day. Though I am able to keep some fluids down everynow and then, it's just a matter of chance.

It dosen't matter if I ate anything, or drank anything, or moved. It just happens. My brother has been visiting me the past week, and has seen me get sick a lot. I feel bad. My son sees it, and even identifies the signs that I am going to get sick. He isn't even 3 yet!! But he is really sweet.

On the coolest note ever, though I lost over 30 pounds the first 13 weeks, and have only gone up 6 pounds from the +30 I dropped, LO is a heavy boy. At my 31 week appointment he weighed almost 5 pounds!!

I hate being so sick, I really do, but I keep thinking that soon I will be holding my LO in my arms, and will feel so much better. Though I am feeling a bit weary about getting pregnant again....

Didn't read the whole thing, but if no one has suggested asking your doctor about the safety of heartburn meds in your situation, I'd check on that. For me, the only thing that finally stopped my constant, debilitating nausea and puking was prilosec and colace, every day.

I never had "heartburn" (pain, burning, pressure), just nausea. But finally the doctor said to try it, and it seriously changed my whole life.  For ten days now I haven't thrown up once!

I am not puking but these last 2 days I have been having nausea.  I don't know why.  Yesterday, I thought it was cause I was hungry but today it was after I ate.  I really hope that this does not continue.  It is not fun being in front of a room full of kids while wanting to vomit.

I'm so sorry that you're still feeling sick. I've had HG with both pregnancies. With the last one I threw up every day all day until 27 weeks and this time it was WAY worse at the beginning but by 24ish weeks I was completely done puking. I just wanted to say that I know how crappy it is and I'm sorry! At least there's an end to it though, I had to keep reminding myself of that the entire time I was sick.

ETA: I took Miralax every night for the first part of my pregnancy because taking the Zofran every 6 hours made me SO fricking constipated. I almost had to go to the doctor because I was horribly backed up and was in so much pain. It sucks that not only do you have to deal with the nausea but the constipation too!
