what were your beginning stim dosages?

just wondering what everyone started on for those that have done an IVF before?  I just got my calendar and looks like I will be on 10 Lupron AM/PM, 150 follistim AM and 150 follistim/150 menopur in PM.  

wasn't sure if this sounded like a typical dosage?  Also wondering if you were on anything similar what type of response you had?   
Me (37) DH (39); Finally correctly diagnosed with DOR in 2012; Started TTC 2009; RE 2009/2010- RE cycle #1 clomid+ ovidrel + TI = BFN; RE cycle #2 clomid + ovidrel + TI=BFN; RE cycle #3 femara + ovidrel + IUI= BFN; RE cycle #4 75iu follistim + ovidrel + IUI= BFN; RE cycle #5 150iu follistim + ovidrel + IUI = BFN ; Took a break and had Weight loss surgery in 2011, back to new RE in 2012 ; AMH 0.43 IVF #1 /ICSI and AH; MDL protocol - ER 2/11 5R, 3M, 2F Three day transfer of 8 cell grade 3 and 8 cell grade 2 embryos. BFN. RPL testing shows homo MTHFR and hetero PAI-1. IVF #2 antagonist-ER 5/14 8R 6M 5F. Three day transfer of 3 embies. 6 cell grade 3, 4 cell grade 2, 5 cell grade 3. Beta #1 at 11dp3dt is 190, Beta #2 at 13dp3dt is 363. U/S scheduled for June 13. In shock and so very hopeful. U/S showed 2 heartbeats in same placenta measuring 113 and 115 bpm. I did 375 IU's of Follistim in the PM for 2 days, then 225 IU's in the PM after that.  When I added in Menopur, it was 75 in the PM.  I ended up with 14 eggs retrieved, 11 were mature.  My Lupron was 5 units each morning during stims.  Good luck!

I wasn't on Lupron, but was on 150 Menopur & 150 Follistim in the am and 300 Follistim in the pm. Response is in my siggy. Good luck!

#1 (cancelled)

75iu Follistim & 150 iu Menopur both at night--Added in Ganirelix in the A.M. on day 5

Follistim was increased to 225iu but cycle was cancelled

#2 & #3:

10units Lupron AM & PM, plus 300iu Follistim & 150iu Menopur both at night

#4:

10 units Lupron AM & PM, TevTropin(HGH) 1ml on mornings 4-7, 300iuFollistim & 150iu Menopur at night 

With the exception of my first cancelled cycle, once the med doses were set they stayed the same from start to trigger.

My RE said it's based on your AMH and labs. I was on 75iu Menopur AM and 75iu Follistim PM. On day 8 I started Cetrotide 2x per day. I produced high quality eggs, but then MFI messed things up after day 3. GL

I started with 10u Lupron and that was dropped down to 5u sometime during stims, but Im not sure when-- I don't have my notes with me. 

I stimed at night.... 8 days with 300u Follistim and 100u lo dose hCG, then 150u Follistim and 75u Menopur for two more days.

I was never really told how many follies I had during monitoring, but 10 retrieved, 8 fertilized and all 6 of the embies we didn't put back made it to freeze.  
Me: 34, DH: 30 :: TCC since 2/11
SA: Perfect! CD3 b/w=Elevated Prolactin? HSG = Blocked Right Tube
April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
Scar Tissue Removed, Left Tube Partially Open
September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 Frosties)

I'm on 10 units Lupron am and pm. 300 follistim am and pm. 10 units hCG pm. I'm on day 6 of stims and have 7 follicles. 
Me: 33, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, DOR (AMH .35), DH: 38, Borderline low morph
5/09- Off BCP, 5/09-9/09- No period, 9/09-9/10- Lots of Tests & accupuncture
10/10 and 11/10- 2 rounds of Menopur + TI= BFNS
12/10-IUI #1 Menopur = BFN
1/11- IUI #2 Menopur = BFP, 2/11 missed mc at 9 weeks, D&C
5/11- Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum
6/11- IUI #3 Menopur = BFP, 8/11 missed mc at 11 weeks, D&C
1/12- Lap and Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum (again) & scar tissue
2/12- Stint Removal, 3/12 repeat SHG and HSG- showed scar tissue blocking right tube
4/12- Operative hysteroscopy (again), RE said he can now see right tube (yay!)
5/12- Stint removal, 6/12 repeat SHG and HSG-both tubes are open!
8/12- IUI #4 Bravelle = BFN
9/12-IUI #5 Bravelle = BFN
1/13- IVF #1, micro-flare protocol, 7R, 6F, 5dt of 2 AA embryos, 1 to freeze = BFP

My doses are high... IVF #1 started at 300IU FSH and was cancelled with very little response.

 IVF #2 started at 450 and was bumped up to 600 by retrieval (8 mature eggs)

IVF #3 started at 600 and was bumped to 725 (11 eggs, but only 6 mature)

 

For this round we are using 75 Menopur and 525 FSH. I'm hoping for 10 mature eggs. 
Age: 35 TTC since 2005, MFI & DOR
IVF #1 Sep '11 canceled
IVF #2 Nov '11 chemical
IVF #3 April '12 M/C
FET #1 Aug 2012 BFN
new RE IVF #4 Jan '13 BFN :( ... IVF #5 July 2013

IVF #2: Same exact thing. I guess that concerns me a little. It also concerns me that not one single other person is on the same meds that I am!

Natural PG 9/27/11; MC at 8wks. Used Cytotec to expel: 1/20/12 (unpleasant)
First RE visit: 8/8/12, Saline Sonogram: 8/28/12(4cm unknown mass in upper left of uterus) 2nd Saline Sonogram: 10/2/12 (mass disappeared!) IVF injection class: 10/11/12
IVF #1: 10/17/12 Baseline: FSH- 9.4, E2- 24, LH- 3.7, Progesterone- 0.3. 6 follicles in my right ovary & 9 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in AM. 10/21/12: Add Ganirelix SQ in PM. 10/26/12: hCG Trigger IM. ER 10/28/12: 13R, 7M, 6F. 5 Made it to PGS. ET 11/2/12: CANCELED. PGS: All 5 have "severe abnormalities." Devastated. Begged RE for back-to-back IVFs; Started Provera 11/2/12. AF said FU and came anyway, destroying any chance for a Dec IVF. Maxed out lifetime IF meds insurance. I can barely breathe, waiting to get through this process, hoping for my take-home-baby.
IVF #2: 1/7/13 Baseline: FSH- 8.8, 4 follicles in my right ovary & 6 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in PM. 1/11/13: Add Ganirelix SQ in AM. 1/16/13: hCG Trigger IM. ER 1/18/13: 9R, 5M, 5F. 2 Made it to PGS. ET 1/23/13: CANCELED. PGS: All embryos have "multiple severe abnormalities." RE recommends we stop trying and focus on living childless, due to the repeated extremely poor quality of my eggs. I don't even know what to do with that.

IVF #4 (FINAL) (Added acupuncture to this cycle.): 3/25/13 WTF & Baseline: FSH-11.8, E2- 56, Progesterone- 0.84 3/26/13 Start stims. 3/30/13 u/s: 5 follicles in my right ovary & 4 in my left. Rx: 225 Bravelle & 225 Menopur SQ in PM. 3/31/13 Add Ganirelix SQ in AM. hCG Trigger 4/3/13 SQ. 4/5/13 ER: 5R, 3M, 3F naturally. Day 3: two 8 cell, grade 0, one 8 cell, grade 2 (Scale 0-best to 3-worst). 4/10/13 Five day ET: two blastocysts (the 3rd stopped growing.) 4/18/13 Beta: 2.5 BFFN.
No DE or adoption for us, FIRM.
That’s it for us. I am beyond devastated and have no idea how to proceed from here. My life has been forever altered by this experience. Best wishes to all in their journeys!

Don't freak out when you dosage's of other women that are higher than yours.  Your are on a good dosage.  Everyone's dosages start out differently, one reason being your weight.  I had the same question b/c I was only on 150 follistim and 150 of Menupor a day, but I also only weight 105 lbs. You may go up or go down depending on how your RE runs his cycles and how you respond.  I didn't respond well on my last protocol b/c the Lupron oversuppressed me.  This cycle no lupron and bumping up my menopur.  See how you start out, but don't be afraid to ask if it should be upped.
