I always feel incredibly hot, but thought my thermometer was broken because my temp is actually running low... 93-98 range. My doctor said the fever-feeling is a combination of "running hot" during pregnancy and being more sensitive/in-tune to my body. She can't explain the drop in my actual temp though.
