I had the Leep procedure and got quite a bit taken out, but I have had no problem getting pregnant. I did, however, cause some problems during the delivery of my 2nd child. She was the first to come after the procedure. I would not dilate beyond 1cm due to the scar, and came very close to having a c-section. With some help from the doc, she did finally break through. No problem with my 3rd baby though. I know it is' frustrating when you don't get pregnant right away, but you most likely just need some time (and sex every other day). You may try keeping track of you basal temp to see when you ovulate. Fertilityfriend.com is a good and free resourse for that.
