Both names are not my taste, but are nice, solidly feminine names.
If I had to pick I would chose Rebekah, but only because I am hearing it less often than Hannah and that appeals to me.
Rebekah.
Hannah is perfectly fine, it's just a little plain to me.
Rebekah has always been one of my favorite girl names. Always. I had a doll named Rebekah. It's popular in our set of churches and there is one DS's age in ours so if we ever use it then it will have to be a middle name.
I like Hannah too but Rebekah just tugs on my heart strings.
I assume the Biblical aspect is one factor that appeals to you with these names. In that case, I would avoid Rebekah because 1) she was Levi's grandmother and 2) Hannah's story is more admirable.
