Ahh! BFP!

Hello!  I just got my BFP this morning, I'm excited mixed with terrified.  H and I were married in August and have been together for 5 years.  I'm 24, he's 25.  We had planned to start trying in May, but around Christmas we decided we'd just stop avoiding, but not "try" to get pregnant.  I wasn't charting or anything and my mom had me at 41 after a lot of trouble with infertility so I had it stuck in my head that it would take awhile.  Well apparently, I'm pretty fertile because we got pregnant on our first cycle!  I'm really nervous to tell my parents, I'm a pretty private person.  I know they'll be happy and supportive, but jeez that "I'm pregnant" statement is a heavy statement!

Congrats!! I got my BFP two days ago. I thought I couldn't have kids at all though. Not sure why but hey! We were both wrong! I cannot express how happy I am for you! It's the best feeling to see a positive test when you want a baby, huh? Get ready for bad gas, stretch marks and sore breasts! Lol. (:

I totally understand! When I got pregnant with my first we conceived the month after we got married, talk about stunned silence from me and hubby! My husband is 5 years older than me so we wanted to have kids within a few years of marriage. So we stopped "not trying" (went off BC) and bam the next month I am pregnant. Not quite a honeymoon baby but darn close :) anyway I remeber telling my parents and thinking they are going to flip about how soon we got pregnant but they didnt they all thought it was great. Afterwords i felt stupid for thinking they would be less than thrilled. Have fun telling them, sometimes it makes it easier if you find a unique way to tell them. Besides you have been together 5 years and if you were thinking you would be ready soon then  a few month early is just reason to consider yourself blessed! Congratulations its such a wonderful time in your life!
