ChicagoWeded2007:I said personally I only need 2.5 hours. And I took back the cancer thing.
Please explain to the masses what make you different than ever.other.woman on the planet?
I am super excited to hear the answer to this.
And you also said the cancer thing and only highlighted a segment of the article thatsupported the stupidity, regardless that the article that proved what you said was not true...
I am saying that my charts (all 30 of them) accurately show a temp shift, even if I only got 2.5 hours of sleep (or less) before temping.
I already apologized for the cancer thing. I'm sorry again. When I started taking clomid, this is the research that was out there. I did not realize it was outdated. I'm sorry.
FWIW, I also personally had no trouble with temping even though I was all over the place with it, and had different waking times and stuff quite frequently as I am a very troubled sleeper. I wouldn't recommend temping this way on purpose as of course it could lead to less accurate results, but I had no issues with it personally and could always see my shifts.
This is not related to the post that we're talking about here, but in general on this board, ladies freak out because they temped five minutes later than usual, and though yes you should try to temp at the same time every day, if it doesn't happen, it isn't going to mean your whole chart is a big fail.
