It defintely took longer for me to get my butt into gear this time. I know what you mean - you're excited but it's not quite the same as with the first because you've been there done that already. I don't have any concerns of preterm labor so I figured I could take my time. DS came at 40 wks, 2 days so I was well-prepared waaay early last time. We probably got the room all ready and clothes washed, crib setup, etc around 33-34 weeks this time, which defintely isn't last minute but later than last time. We still have a few little to-do's left but I feel pretty prepared now. You'll come around to doing stuff in the next few weeks probably.
