Furbaby Friday!

Since there has been a lot of discussion about dogs lately, I was curious to see everyones furbabies. As a proud cat mama myself, I can never turn down an opportunity to show off my cuties.

Mine are brother and sister from the same litter. Named Shawn and Juliet from the tv show Psych.

I've posted this one before under my previous nest name, but its my fav. 

This was when they were little. I love that they made a heart. (Sorry its a little dark).

When I intro'd everyone asked if the basset in my siggy was mine... he isn't.. but this goober is! Love him to death!

I love Shiba Inus! They are so cute! We don't have a dog right now because we live in an apartment, but want to get one when we buy a house. Was she easy to train?

I love Shiba Inus! They are so cute! We don't have a dog right now because we live in an apartment, but want to get one when we buy a house. Was she easy to train?

I always love when people ask us this question :) Shibas are incredibly stubborn and have selective hearing. She's the smartest dog I've ever met and likes to make sure we know this. My suggestion is if you get a Shiba, get them into training ASAP. Mika had obedience training when she was six months old, and we just finished up training for her to become a therapy dog about a month ago, so she knows all of the tricks but if we try and work on them for too long she gets bored with it and stops listening Wink They're an awesome breed as long as the owner is willing to put in the effort and time in the beginning! Smile

She is a pit bull, around 3 years old. She joined us in August. Simon is about 6 and we've had him about 4 years. They bonded right away.

Thanks!  Her name is Isabell but we call her Izzy.  We also have a cat and if it wasn't for her I would totally have two Frenchies.  I absolutely love them!  Two animals is my limit though.
