Experience with 2nd seat on Uppa Baby Vista?

We have an UBV we got a year and a half ago for our DS, and found out recently that #2 appears to be on the (unexpected) way.  I know that UBV has "second seat" capabilities, but in looking at pictures I am not sure how practical or comfortable said seat really is.

Does anyone use their UBV with the additional seat, and have thoughts/opinions/concerns they can share?

If all goes well, DS will be 2 when his little S or B arrives.

Thanks for your help!

The seat doesn't recline and the weight limit is 35 lbs.  I have the Vista also and I am selling it for a true double.  I think it could be convenient for occasional stroller rides but if your son rides a lot and will want to nap on the go, you are probably going to want something else.

FWIW, I got a joovy ultralight. I'm not sure DS will be crazy about sitting in a stroller for much longer. I did get a double jogger for longer walks/outdoor stuff. I went to Craigslist this time. If one stroller doesn't work out, at least I didn't spend a bunch of money. HTH.

There is no way DD would sit in that seat.  She would hate sitting backwards and not being able to see anything.  I'm thinking about getting the ride along board since she will be almost 3.

DS just turned 2 and he's fine riding in the rumble seat, but only for short rides.  It's good when DS is hopping on & off, like at the zoo, but not for long walks.  It's really hard to push when both kids are in it.
