IVF timeline?

I introduced myslf last month after my just before my first visit to the RE. We have since found out that we will need to go through IVF. We go back to the RE on the 1/21 to make a plan. I was just wondering how long the process usually takes from the day you start the cycle until the day you have your ET (typically) or if you could provide a timeline that would also be great.Thanks in advance.
Me:31 DH:34
Married: 4/8/12
DX: PCOS/MFI
IVF Cycle #1: April
ER: 4/11/13 (17 Mature Eggs, 16 Fertilized, 15 Made it to day 3)
ET: 4/16/13 (two transfered, four to freeze)
Beta #1 4/26/13 - HCG is 300
Beta #2 4/30/13 - HCG is 1015
Beta #3 5/06/13 - HCG is >5000
Ultrasound 5/20/13 - Baby A is measuring normal and hb is 138 bpm - Baby B is measuring very small with only 43 bpm. Doctor says Baby B will not make it.

IVF cycle 1 starts 1/19/13!
12 eggs, 7 mature and all 7 fertilized - 2 Frosties!!
5 day SET 2/4/13 - Beta 2/13: 86 & 2/15: 186 BFP!!!!

It depends on your protocol, but most timelines run anywhere from 6-8 weeks. 

Here is my timeline for example (on the Long Lupron protocol):

- BCPs - 12/18-1/6

- Lupron - started on 12/31

- Stims - should start today

- ER - week of 1/21 - most likely at the beginning of the week

- ET - 3-5 days after that

Im on an antongonist cycle this go round (which is shorter than long luporn)

BCP - 12/29 - 1/18

Stims - 1/21 - ? Usually 10 days so 1/30

ER - 2/1 or there abouts

ET - 3-5 days after that so 2/5 - 2/7

I started BCP on Dec 29th

Lupron starts tomorrow evening

I'm on an extra week of Lupron since my RE is out of town for a week in Feb. They gave me the option of an extra week of Lupron or waiting until next cycle - I was not waiting any longer if at all possible.

Stims are scheduled to begin on Feb 4th

ER should be around Feb 13-15, with a 5 day ET on approx Feb 18-20
Married 8/14/10 * TTC since Aug 2010 * Met with RE in Feb 2012 * DH: low motility, low sperm count, elevated FSH * Me: Stage 4 Endometriosis * Laparotomy to remove endo in May 2012 * June 2012 - DH on Rx to hopefully increase count/quality * Re-tested sperm 10/22/12, count/quality have both dropped * IVF #1 w/ICSI * Transferred 2 beautiful embryos on 2/18/13 * Beta #1 3/1/13 - 636!!! I think it depends on what your protocol is.  I am doing a microdose lupron flare and started BCP's on 1/9, start Lupron on 1/30, Stims on 2/1 and ER/ET week of 2/11-2/15. 
Me (37) DH (39); Finally correctly diagnosed with DOR in 2012; Started TTC 2009; RE 2009/2010- RE cycle #1 clomid+ ovidrel + TI = BFN; RE cycle #2 clomid + ovidrel + TI=BFN; RE cycle #3 femara + ovidrel + IUI= BFN; RE cycle #4 75iu follistim + ovidrel + IUI= BFN; RE cycle #5 150iu follistim + ovidrel + IUI = BFN ; Took a break and had Weight loss surgery in 2011, back to new RE in 2012 ; AMH 0.43 IVF #1 /ICSI and AH; MDL protocol - ER 2/11 5R, 3M, 2F Three day transfer of 8 cell grade 3 and 8 cell grade 2 embryos. BFN. RPL testing shows homo MTHFR and hetero PAI-1. IVF #2 antagonist-ER 5/14 8R 6M 5F. Three day transfer of 3 embies. 6 cell grade 3, 4 cell grade 2, 5 cell grade 3. Hoping and praying. Like PP said, it really depends on your protocol.  I started BCP on 11/7/12, Lupron 11/14/12, Stims started 11/27/12, ER was 12/6/12, ET was 12/9/12 and my first beta was 12/19.

It depends on if you've done all your testing. There are labs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, etc. I had some testing done with a different RE and had some done with my current RE. I went on birth control so that I could start a cycle when they needed me to. I started stims 1/3. I'll be having ER on Monday 1/14. Should know one way or the other by the end of this month.

TTC #1 for Dh, #2 for me. HSG clear. Low AMH and endo. Multiple Clomid w/TI cycles - all BFNs. 2 IUIs with Clomid and 1 with Femara - more BFNs. IVF#1 25R, 15M, 15F. 5DT of two perfect 4AA blasts! Positive HPT at 5dp5dt. Beta #1 6dp5dt - 72. Beta #2 8dp5dt - 285. Beta #3 10dp5dt - 793. Both babies have strong beautiful heartbeats! Baby B miscarried at 7 weeks. Baby A is holding on through miscarrying her twin, sub-chorionic hematoma, and complete placenta previa. Stick, baby, stick!

Like PP said.. it depends on what protocol you will be on.  I'm on EPP and here is my timeline:

Patch:  1/4

ganirelex 1/5-1/7

stims:  1/9

I usually stime for 12-14 days so ER (hopefully) between 1/22-1/24 with ET 1/25-1/27 (again, hopefully)

My protocol is a quicker protocol as I'm not on any BCP.

First u/s perfect little heart beat at 116 bpm. Measure 6 weeks 1 day. EDD 10/14/13 3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet. PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

I was also on long Lupron.

BCP: 9/26-10/16 (21 days)

Lupron: 10/10-10/30 (21 days)

Stims: 10/19-10/29 (11 days)

ER: 11/1

ET: 11/6

Beta: 11/15

So first BCP-beta was a total of 7 weeks and 1 day.
