I'll try to keep my responses brief but, just add that if she wants to talk further about ....thermometers, charting, preseed lol..... I would be happy to do so.
Answer questions if she asks, but leave it there. It sounds like you already laid the groundwork so she knows she can come to you if she wants. Telling someone about your infertility isn't an invitation for them to join your bedroom.
My SIL knows about our infertility; she's also a Dr. Google-type and tried to give us some 'great' ideas when we first told her. It was well intended, but obnoxious and the advice wasn't relevant to our specific situation. DH actually had to ask her to stop, which was uncomfortable for everyone. And I think I would die if she randomly started talking to me about lube.
