They covered everything except the Gonal-F, so the costs for everything else was just $10 or $20 co-pays, no more than $100 or so. Of course, the Gonal-F was a killer on costs. Still, we ended up paying about half what we would have if we were 100% OOP.

I would like to add that when we first got on this plan, I called and asked what our fertility benefits were and we were told we had none, so this was a lovely surprise. In return, I will try to create a new member (or two) for them.
