Lol... It is, as is every other tea, fine in moderation. I don't know if it is caffeinated or not, but if it were, I'd caution you on drinking more than 6-7 cups a day.
That being said, I am a tea-lover, but this particular tea is my least favorite in the entire world, and I LOVE orange tea. I don't know what it is about this particular brand.
