For mom's using BJ City Mini strollers...

My SIL has this stroller and Im leaning towards it as well, I am a FTM. However my question to you is what Infant carseats have you purchased and attachments for stroller? As in attaching carseat to stroller?

I have this stroller and love it! Although I didn't use an infant carrier/carseat. But I believe there is a bar attachment you can buy separately that makes it adaptable to a bunch of different brands. (Babies R Us has good reviews that should answer your question, and sells the attachments, too.)

I love the smooth ride of the BJ and how sturdy it feels. I didn't know it was so good until I pushed my SIL's cheap-feeling stroller at the zoo. The BJ fits into narrow aisles in the shops, turns easily, and it's one of the lightest strollers out there. For me stroller weight is a biggie, since I have to fold it and lift it into/out of the trunk. And I'm sure you know from your SIL how cool the single step fold is!!!!

I cannot rave enough about this stroller.  The baby will outgrow the infant seat in about 6 months, and after that you just need a good stroller. I would highly recommend this one. :)

You can look on the BJ website to see which car seats the adaptor will accomodate.

I plan on getting this stroller, but sans the car seat adaptor. I absolutely love how light weight and compact it is!

I had this stroller for my DD and loved it when she was over a year and a half, but as a baby she was always slumped down in it, I went back to my Peg Perego Pliko that I used with DS. It was so much better for babies.

DH and I bought the Uppababy vista when we had LO. It is an awesome stroller. We bought the Peg Perego car seat to go with it and had no complaints of that either. However, now we're expecting again and LO is only 11 months tomorrow. So we had to get yet another stroller but this time a double. We picked out a Britax and with it you can only use a britax car seat. So we are selling our peg perego car seat and we found a fairly new britax car seat in excellent condition on craigslist and bought it for $100 off.

That's what we're doing but my advice to you would be. If you're planning on having this baby and not another one for a long time, go for the city mini. But  if you're planning on having more kids fairly soon, I would do more research on while car seat/stroller to buy and then what double stroller would you get later on.

The Uppababy vista has the option to have 2 kids in at once but we didn't think about how the older one would feel in the stroller when we put the infant in it. DD1 would be facing the back of the 2nd baby's car seat and not have a view of anything. So really just do a lot of research. Especially when you're investing a lot of money into this. We did a lot of research but are now stuck with an expensive stroller that we don't need and had to get something else.

Hope that helps...at least a little. :)

Love my Bj CS. I thought when it first
Came out I'd never spend that much on a silly stroller. Guess what I did bc i refused to buy another graco plastic stroller.
It's great off roading, I live on a farm an this stroller has been everywhere and it pushed great! What I love
The best is when I have both ds in it and I can open a store door and steer the stroller into the store without battling with the dumb door. Yes when u have a 3yr in front it is heavy pushing but it glides great!!
The carseat adaptor. I bought my CS in 2010. I dunno if they hanged the design or not but I would NEVER use
It again and with this baby I'm looking into buying the bassinet! Reason why is when I strapped my graco seat in correctly if I hit one bump the car seat would slip and fall and if I didn't have the straps correctly ds woulda been on the ground. The carseat dosent snap into the adapter you just put it on and then take a lap strap over the seat to tighten it. They might of changed it now.
I would so go for it. If you on the fence. All around great stroller worth it's .

We love our City Mini! We used the adaptor bar for our Chicco car seat and really liked that option when she was very small. I would highly recommend it!

We are getting a double City Mini for when our new baby arrives this summer.... such good strollers!

I love the Uppababy Vista but its so expensive! Other than the seating for a second child, did you love it?

We have the City Mini and have used the car seat adapter with a Chicco Car Seat and it was perfect! Assembly wasn't difficult, but it does take 10 minutes to put on so it's not something that is easily interchangeable.
