Curious as to how your babies sleep

How, where, and in what position do your babies sleep?

Baby Z sleeps in his pack and play next to my bed on his back. He used to sleep in RnP or on my chest in my bed.

Im just curious as to others'.

Have a nice weekend, everyone!

DS either sleeps in his crib on his side (he has rolled to his side since day 1) or he sleeps in his monkey bouncy seat. He occasionally will nap on my chest if he his having a gassy/fussy sort of day, but I don't want to start the bad habit of him needing us to fall asleep. I'm still fighting that battle with our 3-year old.

So far, our little one has done better in his crib vs. the bassinet in our room. We have a small apartment so it's easy to keep tabs on him since he's right next door. I sleep better as well, not keyed into every little noise he makes.

He also likes to roll to his side a bit, and put his hands up by his face (or behind his head- it's hilarious!). This means when we swaddle him, we leave his arms free. He just seems to like it better that way.

DD sleeps in a cosleeper next to our bed.  She sleeps well pretty much anywhere, but it's nice if she gets fussy or starts startling herself in the middle of the night to be able to settle her by just putting a hand on her belly.  It seems to help her sleep longer stretches when she doesn't fully wake up when she's annoyed.

ETA: During the day and before bedtime, she either sleeps in my or DH's arms or in her cradle in the living room.

DS sleeps in the bassinet in the PNP in our bedroom at night, swaddled with one arm out. And during day naps a combination of the RNP or swing, unswaddled. I'm always watching him though.

DS goes to bed between 6 and 7 pm, so his first long stretch he sleeps in his crib in his room, swaddled. He normally will sleep a 6-7 hour stretch, but last night he slept from 6pm - 515 am (!!!!).(it probably had something to do with him getting his 2 month vaccines yestreday though, so not holding my breath . . . ) When he wakes up to nurse, I bring him in bed with me and just nurse lying down so he and i can both sleep. He sleeps in our bed for the remainder of the morning. He naps in his crib as well.

We bedshare she sleeps on her belly has since day 1. We bedshared belly slept with all our babies they are all great sleepers. Our 4 week old is sleeping 7 hours straight at night, nurses then goes back to sleep. Its nice, I can honestly say with 3 kids I've only ever had less than one handful of sleepless nights.

LO naps either in her PNP bassinet or on my chest if shes fussy...at night she sleeps in her crib in her room. We learned at the hospital that she is a noisy sleeper, and we all sleep better if we're in our respective rooms.

Right now I put him on his back and he rolls right to his side to sleep.  He sleeps in his crib at night and PNP downstairs during the day.

In a travel crib next to my bed. I keep the room pretty cold at night. She sleeps on her back in a sleeper and swaddled in a blanket. She usually busts out around 1 or 2 in the morning but she still sleeps until 5 or 6.

DS is 2 months.

During his first month of life, he slept 1st half of night in RnP in our room, and 2nd half of night in crib in our room.

We have since weaned him off the RnP, so he sleeps all night in the crib in our room.  He's swaddled and of course, always "back to sleep".

During the day, he naps in the napper portion of PnP in living room, or in the swing.

On his back in his PnP bassinet or crib, or chest to chest with me or DH.

DS sleeps in his crib at night swaddled but with rolled blankets against his lower body. Our pediatrician suggested we do this when we told her he didn't sleep well. The pressure of the blankets helps him stay asleep. For naps, I try to do the crib, but he struggles with the afternoon naps that way, so I either wear him in a sling, he gets a quick nap in the swing while I make lunch or do some chores, or he takes a nap in the stroller when we are out for a walk. He is a cat napper so during the day he only sleeps in 30 minute stretches. At night he was waking every two hours but a few nights ago he's give me one 4-5 hour chunk in the beginning. I'm hoping that is an indication of what is to come.

My lo sleeps on his side. During the day he sleeps in his pnp in the living room and at night n his crib or swing. I swaddle him at night and he'll still get up every 2-3 hours to eat. I just recently started to get maybe 4 hours of sleep at night so eats hope it sticks!! He is only 6 weeks but it just gets easier with time :)

We're creating a monster.

Today she's napped on our chests and in the swing while it's not on for about an hour.

At night she sleeps in her bassinet usually from 11-2 or 12-3 and then from there I just put her in bed with me. She likes to sleep on her side but I put her on her back and let her turn her head whichever way she wants. If I'm up or DH is up I'll put her on her side.

 Camila is 3 weeks old.

I'm really excited because LO just transitioned to the crib and sleeps fours hour intervals between feedings.  She gets her last bottle at 8 and goes to the crib around 9:15.  Tonight she is even laying in there awake sucking on her hand.....usually if she isn't right at the point of heavy sleep she would cry if I put her in there so hubby and I are thrilled she is adjusting so well!  Hope this lasts, she is 7wks 3days.
