Dairy free meals/snacks

I'm not eating the major dairy items cheese, sour cream, milk, etc and I'm having a hard time with dinners and snacks. Anyone have good recipes they care to share?

I'm lactose intolerant, so I do every meal without dairy. I cook dinner 5-6 nights a week. Sample menu: pork chops, roasted cauliflower & carrots, green beans, whole chicken in the crock pot then cut up and tossed with BBQ sauce, roasted asparagus, peas, and roasted carrots, pork roast with roasted potatoes, kale chips, and green beans. That's just some of my go to recipes. HTH and wasn't annoying, lol.

Dinners:

Spaghetti- We do noodles and marinara sauce from Costco and ground turkey. Also we make garlic bread out of Sourdough and use Spectrum (instead of butter) and garlic powder/garlic salt.

Chicken tacos- same as usual but omit sour cream and cheese.

Burritos- ground turkey and make my own seasoning (since the ones in the store contain dairy) cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, chili powder (to taste), beans, mexican rice, avocado, tomato, salsa

Chicken taquitos- frozen from Costco

BBQ chicken, white rice, corn or green beans (you can also sub out mashed potatoes for the rice- I use instant mash and use water instead of milk)

Snacks:

Any regular potato chips

Tortilla chips and salsa

Fruits and veggies

Look into Enjoy Life brand they make dairy-free bars, cookies etc. Located in Sprouts and Henrys

Most Oreo cookies

There are also tons of dairy substitutions you can use, especially milk. I don't drink milk but I LOVE almond milk that has a vanilla flavor to it. I use it in all my cooking too and don't notice any difference. Usually I use original for cooking. But there is also soy yogurt, which is really good and soy cheese which I don't care for too much but I use it when I am craving cheese of some sort.

Tortilla soup. I eat a lot of sandwiches. I will usually just do a protein and a veggie. I also eat lots of hummus.
