Anyone have dizzy moments after giving birth?

LO will be a week old tomorrow. For the past few days I often have dizzy moments. Almost like I feel like I was just on a boat. My head/body feel like they are bobbing around or something. It doesn't last forever and it doesn't occur all day. I know there's a lot of recovery going on right now but wondering if anyone else experienced this and how long it lasted.
Thank you :

I have also experienced that. Just drink a lot of fluids : I drink a glass of water after I'm done bf my baby. Hope that helps.

Yes- especially if I stand or move too fast right now. I typically just have to stop and hold onto something for a minute and then it will go away.

Yup I was very woozy for a while and had to walk very slowly and not make any sudden movements. Losing all that fluid and weight so quickly is a shock to your system. Plus I had to have to 2 epidurals so I was pretty out of it for days.

Yes I was like this for about a month after. After my DS was born they did blood work and said that I was anemic, and that had been the cause of the dizzy moments. Maybe try taking an iron supplement to see if that helps.

Yep, I had it for about 5 weeks after LO was born. Aside from drinking a lot more fluids you can call your OB office and see what he/she recommends.

Yup...that's me.  I notice when I jumped up quickly like when LO was fussing or crying, I got dizzy.  Now, when I hear him beginning to stir, I sit up, catch my breath, and then go get him.  I developed high blood pressure and think that may be connected. I'm seeing my PCP on Friday as a follow-up.   I agree that dehydration could be it too.

I'm glad I'm not alone. However it im has been giving me incredible anxiety. I always worry that it's a sign of something more serious. I might call the doctor if there's no improvement by the end of the week...
