5th disease

My 23 month old has the 5th disease. My nephew had is last week and his cousin.   Anyone experience this while pregnant?  If so,  what did doctor tell you to do.  CDC says 50% already have antibodies against it.  So the odds are good!

I was exposed to it when I was pregnant with my DD and my dr just had my blood drawn to see if I was immune to it. I would call your drs office and just let them know.

I was tested early on and have already had it. Chances are good you've had it too. Agree with previous poster to call md on Monday and for now be careful not to catch it.

My ob tested me early on to see if I had the antibodies to it. Which I do. I was tested because I work in healthcare. I bet you could call and ask them to do the blood test for you and they would.
