My DH works at his family's business and vacations are limited to family vacations. Occasionally we might take a night or a weekend at one point in the year, but we've never done the "babymoon" (a term I'm not crazy about either).
He does have a work trip in March before the baby is due in May. This is a trip I attend with him and we know a lot of people that we only see at this time and at night we get to relax and hang out with the friends who are there - that could be considered a vacation for me (not for him, since he has to work a lot).
As for a vacation before the baby - we'll probably have my parents or his parents keep our kids for a night in April and go out to eat and then sleep in the next morning - that's the best vacation I can think of right now lol!
