Appt & Membranes Stripped

Well had my appt. today and I'm still 2 cm dilated and more soft then last time. The doctor told me she would see me next week. Also, the way she sounded made it seem like I'm going to go natural at anytime now.

I got my membranes stripped thinking that might help the process along. Now I'm really crampy and lost more of my plug. I have been losing it over the past couple weeks just here and there. Hopefully, this happens sooner then later! I don't want to get induced like last time!!

For those of you who got your membranes stripped how was it for you? With my first baby nothing happened at all and there was no discomfort.

I was induced over a week later. It didn't move thing along any faster.

I had mine stripped with DS, didn't really feel anything, contractions started very shortly after and he was born the next day...

ETA: I had mine done at 41w5d... this time I plan in having it done the day before my EDD (which is a Saturday) if I make it that long...

I had my membranes stripped at 39w2d. That was a Friday. I felt horrible all weekend. I woke up on Monday feeling pretty good. My water broke within a few hours and DS was born on Tuesday.
