caffiene. all the things I like to drink have caffiene. Last time I tried to kick the caffiene habit I started drinking hot chocolate. I was happy with that plan. Until DH pointed out that Not only is it full of suger and chemicals additives that chocolate is caffiene. ugh!
The only decaf drinks at work are mint or lemon tea, and since I can't seem to kick the wor habit either, I'm having a hard time kicking the lattes to the curb.
Mostly I need to give up working 14 hour days. It doesn"t get me anywhere but stressed!
