No, you don't need to cut out caffeine entirely. Some people choose to. Some people choose to keep it under the recommended 200mg of caffeine per day. But if you were choosing to cut it out completely, the time to do that would be 1st trimester as excessive amounts of caffeine have been linked to miscarriage. There's really no need to cut it out entirely at 14 weeks, but if you've been consuming an excessive amount of caffeine- I would consider taking the time now to reduce it to the recommended 200mg/day.
