Experienced IVFers...Question please!

What's the most number of days you have stimmed?  My antral follie counts are always in the 50-60 range due to my PCOS.  My RE is going to go slow and steady so I feel like I'll stim longer than the 10-15 usual days.  Thank you!

I stimmed 11 days with IVF 1. I will either stim 10 or 11 with IVF 2 I hope to know more on Thursday at my third monitoring appointment.

IVF 2= 13 days (still suppressed after 3 days of stims, so my stims were bumped up and my cycle recovered)

Me: 35, DH: 36, ttc: 3+ years, dx: unknown
10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid med & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s,
1/12: D&C,
6/12 IUI #1: clomid, 5 mature follicles, excellent sperm,= BFN,
7/12: IUI #2: clomid, 3 mature follicles, excellent sperm= BFN,
8/12: IUi #3: clomid, 5 follicles, = BFP!, C/P
10/12 IVF #1: FSH 5.4, estradiol AFC: 14, long Lupron 150/bravelle75,5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast and 1 8 cell transferred. No frosties. BFN
IVF #2: AFC 21, MD lupron 12/25, 225bravelle/150men, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast BFN
IVF #3: natural start antagon, starting 3/30, ER 4/11, 12R,11M,10F

I did 9 days of STIMS. 
-Me 32...PCOS (no pregnancies) -DDH 43....ASA (2 children from first marriage) -TTC since 9/2011 -2/12 and 3/12 ovulated on Clomid BFN (both months) -4/12 and 5/12 break from trying and focus on our upcoming wedding 5/19/12 and honeymoon to Jamaica!!! My RE won't go beyond 15 days although I have never stimmed more than 10 days.

Married and TTC since November 2010 SA Normal, HSG Normal, B/W Normal = Unexplained IF
5 Failed IUI's Moving onto IVF, Stims Start 10/27, ER 11/5=27 eggs!, 23 mature, 1 Fertilized WTF?? Rescue ICSI on 12 and we had 3 more fertilize. Transfered 2 on 11/9. Beta on 11/23.

Natural PG 9/27/11; MC at 8wks. Used Cytotec to expel: 1/20/12 (unpleasant)
First RE visit: 8/8/12, Saline Sonogram: 8/28/12(4cm unknown mass in upper left of uterus) 2nd Saline Sonogram: 10/2/12 (mass disappeared!) IVF injection class: 10/11/12
IVF #1: 10/17/12 Baseline: FSH- 9.4, E2- 24, LH- 3.7, Progesterone- 0.3. 6 follicles in my right ovary & 9 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in AM. 10/21/12: Add Ganirelix SQ in PM. 10/26/12: hCG Trigger IM. ER 10/28/12: 13R, 7M, 6F. 5 Made it to PGS. ET 11/2/12: CANCELED. PGS: All 5 have "severe abnormalities." Devastated. Begged RE for back-to-back IVFs; Started Provera 11/2/12. AF said FU and came anyway, destroying any chance for a Dec IVF. Maxed out lifetime IF meds insurance. I can barely breathe, waiting to get through this process, hoping for my take-home-baby.
IVF #2: 1/7/13 Baseline: FSH- 8.8, 4 follicles in my right ovary & 6 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in PM. 1/11/13: Add Ganirelix SQ in AM. 1/16/13: hCG Trigger IM. ER 1/18/13: 9R, 5M, 5F. 2 Made it to PGS. ET 1/23/13: CANCELED. PGS: All embryos have "multiple severe abnormalities." RE recommends we stop trying and focus on living childless, due to the repeated extremely poor quality of my eggs. I don't even know what to do with that.
IVF #3- NEW RE! 100% OOP: 3/1/13 Baseline: FSH- 9.6, E2- 61, Progesterone- 0.94, 3 follicles in my right ovary & 4 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in PM. 3/7/13: Add Ganirelix SQ in AM. hCG Trigger 3/9/13 SQ. 3/11/13 ER: 6R, 2M, 2F. Day 3: one 8 cell, grade 0. 3/16/13 Five day ET: one early blast, grade Fair. 3/24/13 Started period a day before beta. BFN.
IVF #4 (FINAL) (Added acupuncture to this cycle.): 3/25/13 WTF & Baseline: FSH-11.8, E2- 56, Progesterone- 0.84 3/26/13 Start stims. 3/30/13 u/s: 5 follicles in my right ovary & 4 in my left. Rx: 225 Bravelle & 225 Menopur SQ in PM. 3/31/13 Add Ganirelix SQ in AM. hCG Trigger 4/3/13 SQ. 4/5/13 ER: 5R, 3M, 3F naturally. Day 3: two 8 cell, grade 0, one 8 cell, grade 2 (Scale 0-best to 3-worst). 4/10/13 Five day ET: two blastocysts (the 3rd stopped growing.) 4/18/13 Beta: 2.5 BFFN.
No DE or adoption for us, FIRM.
That’s it for us. I am beyond devastated and have no idea how to proceed from here. My life has been forever altered by this experience. Best wishes to all in their journeys!

My RE said that for optimal egg quality she prefers to see it between 8 and 12.

I was stimming for 12 days and I was sick for every one of them :P  Stimming was the worst part for me.  Everything else was a breeze.

IVF 12-21-2012 - 2 I think perfect no matter what the dr graded them (2B)embryos transferred Beta on 12-31-12 Positve - Beta is 21

Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!

My first ivf was 11 days, my second was 10. My re quoted 812 days on average for stims.

ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F.

2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it.
3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy
3/27 Began working with Reproductive Immunologist Dr. Kwak-Kim. Found High NK cells, High DHEAs, slight hypothyroidism, tendency toward blood clots (High PAI-1)Began synthroid & metformin 4/19.

I'm also PCOS- but my AFC isn't quite as high as yours.  The stims for IVF were consistently 10 or 11 days for each of my cycles so far (we've had 4 ERs).
TTC since 9/2008- 1 year of working with OB using Clomid(unmonitored) resulted in 1 BFP and M/C at 5w6d. Switched and new OB sent me straight to RE. Diagnosed as significant PCOS as well as balanced translocation (me, 10:12) IVF w/ICSI and PGD #1 March 2010, transferred 2 blasts- BFFN, IVF wICSI and PGD #2 June/July 2010 tested and froze on Day 5- only 1 to transfer, FET- BFFN, IVF w/ICSI PGD 3.1- no balanced embies to transfer :-( emotional/physical break- switched to IUI did 6, got a BFP on #2, confirmed c/p IVF #3 w/ICSI, chose to skip PGD- ER was in October 2011- ended up with Massive internal bleeding from both ovaries, admitted to ICU for transfusions (blood and platelets)- freeze all on day 3. I made a full recovery- did FET of 4, day 3 embies (no PGD) BFP! 1 beautiful HB- last live U/S at 9w 4d, at NT discovered no HB, fetus likely stopped growing around 11 w, D&E at 12w, pathology confirmed that the fetus had imbalanced translocation. 6 cycles of trying on own with Ov Induction- 1 BFP and confirmed c/p Oct 2012 IVF #4 Feb 2013?
