nasal strips

So being pregnant and having a cold sucks!! I'm so congested at night. During the day I manage but at night I'm miserable!!!
This leads to my question. Has anyone ever used or tried those nasal strips?? I will try anything baby friendly!!

Used them all last pregnancy and made my husband wear one too so I wouldn't feel goofy all by myself.

The only thing that ever helped me when I had a cold was Benadryl. Nose strips are worth a try though! Good luck!

I used them when I was all stuffed up one time & they really helped. I didn't have to sleep with my mouth hanging open...which only leads to a sore throat. I recommend giving them a go.

They are amazing!! My DH has pretty bad allergies and tends to snore so he wears one pretty much every night and it makes a big difference. I wear one a few times a week when I'm feeling stuffy. We buy the Target brand clear ones and they work great! They feel funny at first but I love that I'm not medicated myself at all and they actually help.

I should try these! I'm not even sick and I'm constantly congested.

Am I the only one who thinks they hurt? The one time I tried one, it felt great at first, but then I woke up a few hours later and my skin hurt. I guess from being pulled on all night? It didn't last long, but I felt like I had a bruise across my nose for awhile.

I had a sinus infection around week 6 and was very skeptical about the nose strips, but loved them! I had the menthol ones.

I didn't like them...they didn't seem to open me up very much and they kind of hurt.

I'm constantly congested at night too. I tried the Breathe Right strips along with a humidifier and they definitely helped. The strips feel a bit uncomfortable at first because they're sticking to your skin and pulling your nostrils out but it's not that bad and once you're asleep you don't even feel them. Worth a shot! There's usually coupons on their website too.
