I like it, but I'm not sure I like it as a given name. Although, Heathcliff doesn't do much for me.
In addition to Heath Ledger, I think of Heath bars.

I was *going* to say...
Heathcliff still makes me think of an organe cat - other kids won't make that association, but our generation might :-p
for Heath, the first thing I though of was the candy bar, then secondly Heath Ledger.
All that being said, it's still a decent name, if you don't mind the associations.
