How far along is she into the second tri? I had horrible morning sickness until 12w, then a low apetite until about 17w. I am 22w today, and am finally eating 2 meals a day plus lots of snacks! It is importnant she gets nutrients, for her and the baby. Just have her do what I did, make sure I ate snacks 6+ times a day and at least one meal. Apples & pb or pb toast are really good choices, so are carrots & broccoli, cheese & crackers, a smoothie with yogurt. Smoothies are the easiest to keep down and drink when you're not even hungry. Also be sure she takes her prenatal vitamin. Chicken and rice or lasagna or something with a bit of protein and substance would be good for her and the baby. I understand having no apetite, but she should be sure she is at least snacking on something with substance. Congrats & good luck!
