I’m so excited I get to write this post!
I couldn’t help myself at 7DPO, I tested… BFN
Figured I would test again at 9DPO and another BFN. I was really disappointed with that one, and trying not to lose hope. I decided I wouldn’t test again until Wednesday 11dpo.
So, I woke up this morning at 3am and couldn’t sleep. I had been tossing and turning all night. I decided to temp knowing it wouldn’t be accurate since I typically temp around 5am. My temp dropped and I was disappointed, my temps had been staying high. I continued to lie there really nervous so I just decided to get up and test. After those long and painful 3 minutes I saw two lines on a FRER and wondfo!!! I literally wanted to scream!!
This was my 5th cycle since having my mirena removed in Aug of 2012. I had been really nervous as to what to expect after the removal. I was lucky my cycles regulated quickly and were consistent. Today is CD 26/11 dpo and EDD is 09/28/2013.
Symptoms: Mild dull aches have definitely been my number one symptom. I’m typically pretty crampy around O and this time it just never went away. I just knew there had to be something going on in my ute. I had been unusually tired last week which I thought was just because we were getting back into our routine after winter break. I also noticed some light brown CM a few days ago, IB I guess.
What we did: I temped, although my chart is horrible this month. I was off for 2 weeks around Christmas and couldn’t seem to wake up consistently. I used OPK’s and checked CM and had sex. We hit O-3, O-1, O, and O+1.
How I told DH: I crawled back into bed and snuggled up to him and whispered... Hey, guess what? We’re going to have a baby! He was happy.
Thank you ladies so much for everything! I learned so much about charting and pregnancy in general. Even though this is baby no 3 for us, it’s been awhile and I felt so new to everything. I’m very cautiously moving on, stick baby b, stick!!!!
