Migraine

I'm suffering today w/ a killer migraine and want to take a imitrex but I don't know if its safe during the 2ww. I know once I'm pregnant i cant take them but I'm only 2DPO. Anyone else have migraines, what do you take? Oh and Tylenol does nothing for my headaches.

IF conception was successful, there would be no implantation at this point, thus meds would not hurt potential embryo.

I suffer with chronic migraines I was taking a daily preventative medication which I've since weened off of once we started trying. My OB told me Immitrex was safe until a positive pregnancy test so I've continued to use it while TTC. I would check with yor doc just to be sure though.

I take whatever I need to take- anti nausea meds, Maxalt, whatever. Take care of yourself.

After 3 failed Clomid + IUI cycles we are moving on to IVF in July

Can't edit my former post, but my doctors also gave me permission to take my RX med (Maxalt) when I'm pregnant. I'm supposed to use it ssparingly in the 1st tri but can take it if needed.

I personally take my migraine meds during the 2ww once I see a positive test then I will stop
