No idea about the hydrosalpinx, I'm sorry, but regarding the labs:
Your AMH is a hormone that gives an indication of what your ovarian reserve is. Coupled with your FSH levels, it helps the RE determine if you will respond well to medication. Your AMH looks good and your FSH seems low which is good. I'm assuming these were cycle day 3 labs? If so, your e2, aka estradiol or estrogen, looks good too. As for ERS, Inhibin B, I dont know what those are. LH, if I'm not mistaken should match up with the FSH level somewhat....if one is low so should the other so I'd say that level looks good too.
