Britax b-safe

I just got my b-safe in the mail today! and I LOVE it so far. But do I need to buy the britax newborn insert? It doesn't look like it would fit a newborn snug in there... TIA!

No, you will be fine. My son was born at 7.1 and fit well in the b-safe. If she seems a bit small when you come home you can always roll up a receiving blanket around her head for more support.

DD was 6.4 when we came home and the seat was nice and snug.
