My LO had silent reflux with the same symptoms that edilo mentioned, she cried all day, especially after eating, and only ate about 1.5 ounces at a time. The first two pediatricians did not believe it was reflux and told me it was just colic. I knew deep down there was something wrong, even colicky babies don't cry ALL day. She is on Zantac as well and has been a happy, healthy baby ever since. It worked after 2 days. She is eating 6 ozs at a time now and solids. Good luck!
