Hi ladies,

Looks like hubby and I will be TTGP again!  I missed all your snarkiness anyway!  :)

We went to our ultrasound this AM ... I was supposed to be 9w3d.  They only saw a sac measuring 6w.  I knew that it wasn't good when we didn't see the actual baby.  I left the ultrasound room in tears, telling my hubby it wasn't right.  He told me not to get all worked up, but when you chart and know when you ovulated and the measurements are 3 weeks off .... it's never a good sign, right?

I was actually seeing the perinatologist this morning b/c I was going to be a high risk pregnancy.  So he sat in on the ultrasound.  We went into his office afterward where I was already bawling when we went in there.  They're so wonderful in that office.  He gave me a whole box of kleenex lol.  He said that he was going to give me 2 weeks to miscarry naturally.  I have an appt on the 30th for a follow-up ultrasound if I don't miscarry.  Then we'll talk d&c at this time.  I'm hoping my body miscarries naturally very soon.  It's so weird thinking of something inside of me that's no longer living .... I just want to be done with the whole process a.s.a.p. but doesn't look like that's going to happen.  I haven't spotted at all since I found out I was pregnant and no cramping.  So I have a feeling I'll have to have a d&c.  Anyway, he gave me a prescription for Metformin and said we could try again after I got my first menstrual cycle.  He gave me a big hug.  

My hubby took off the day to be with me, too, and held me while I cried!  I have a wonderful hubby.  

So, here I am!  Hopefully you'll have me back!

Sounds like you had a blighted ovum, which is what I experienced in November. I'm very sorry it sucks.

I chose to have the D&C right away - I wanted it to be over. "ripping off the band-aid" if you will. You have to do what's right for you no matter what.

If you ever want to talk/vent/whatever feel free to PM. I have no problems talking about what I went through. It's nice to have someone that can relate.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is heartbreaking. This is exactly what happened to me. I chose to wait and I miscarried almost exactly a week later.  I was pretty much exactly as far along as you were too. PM me if you want any more details or just to vent!

DH Dx: Mild MFI (borderline all 3), Varicocele
TTC#1 since 5.11
Clomid 50mg + TI = Poor Response

TTC #1 since August 2011
September 2012: Start IF testing
DH: SA is good
Me: CD 3 blood work is good, HSG all clear, 7 DPO blood work shows low progesterone
October 2012: Clomid + IUI = BFN
December 2012: Consultation with RE#1. Not impressed with RE#1.
January 2013: Consultation with RE#2
January 2013: CF screening shows that I am a carrier of CF. Thankfully, DH's screening shows that he is not a carrier of CF. Sperm antibody tests are negative for both of us. According to our RE we are Unexplained IF
March 2013: Post coital tests show possible hostile CM. So, maybe not so unexplained?
April 2013: Unmedicated IUI after yet another bad bad PCT. = BFN
Cultures find a bacterial infection that could harm fertility, DH and I both start antibiotics.
May 2013: Clomid + Trigger + IUI

Ended 4 month Lupron break on 12/15.
IVF #1 with ICSI - ER 1/20 (16R, 12M, 10F), ET 1/23 (1-10 cell and 1-8cell transferred),

TTC since October 2011.
DX with Non-IR PCOS in October 2012.
Missing RIGHT tube due to a prior surgery to remove cyst-zilla (40 lbs!) at age 12.
HSG showed tube was blocked - cleared by dye. DON'T DO CLOMID WITHOUT AN HSG!
Cycle #8 with 50mg Clomid & TI = BFN
Cycle #9 with 50mg Clomid & TI = No response.
Cycle #10 with Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel shot = BFN
Cycle #11 is a break cycle. Cycle #12 is a break cycle. (The break so nice, she did it twice!)
