jd101610:sorry for the massive typos lol I would up hour water intake either way if possible. Dr. oz says take your weight and divide it in half. then take that number and multiply it by 8. that's how many oz per day we should have.
Dr Oz is full of generalized crap, and I wish people would stop blindly listening to him.
Let's take Dr Oz's math. I'm currently 228 lbs, divide that by two to get 114, multiply that by 8 to get 912. Do I really have to explain how toxic 912 ounces of water is for a human body? Seven gallons! That's a lethal amount of water.
OP, there are many things that could be causing the cramping, and you should certainly be getting checked out if it isn't going away. At 15 weeks I started having mild but persistent cramping. When I called my OBs office, they sent me to the ER because the OB was in surgery. The ER did a full work up and found a 'silent' UTI that had progressed up to the bladder and was causing bladder cramping which mimicked uterine cramping. It could certainly be all sorts of harmless things like growing pains or RLP, but you should still let a doctor make that determination.
