I have the Pump in Style, and I bought the Easy Expressions bustier, which makes it so you can pump hands-free, and I love both.

PISA is probably the way to go. You can by hands free nursing bras to make it hands free and/or make one fairly easily.

I think the metro one does?

I have the backpack one and it removes, but I found it's easier to just keep it in there since I have to carry all that stuff back and forth from work anyway. Make sure you get the bra too, I wish I had gotten it weeks before I did.

I agree with this. I have a "Simple Wishes" hands free pumping bra/bustier and LOVE it. (I used it with my first LO and it is still good as new.)

If you don't want to buy the bra, I made my own. Just use an old tight sports bra and cut a slit in the fabric where the nipple is to insert the pieces through.

This, sort of.  I was able to just slip the pieces inside my regular bra.  Worked perfectly at work.  Definitely going to do the sam thing at work this time around.
