I'm in bed...sick...again and DH is out of town till Sunday. Recommend some good shows to me! Netflix would be great, but Amazon works too.

If you like kinda cheesy Sci-Fi check out Firefly with starring a younger Nathan Fillion (Castle).  There was only one or two seasons so theres not so many episodes.  Then watch Serenity which is the movie that ties the loose ends together.

ETA:  I second Downton Abby and The Walking Dead.  Two of my favs!

Me: 31 DH: 31. B/W: good. SA: good.
November 2012: Paratubal cyst found during U/S.
January 10, 2013: Lap removed paratubal cyst and Stage 2 Endometriosis.
January 2013: Unmedicated. P4 was 8.4. Meds recommended.
February 2013: Femara 2.5 mg and TI. P4 was 8.5. Meds will be doubled next cycle.
March 2013: Femara 5 mg and TI. P4 was over 11.
April 2013: Femara 5 mg and IUI#1. P4 was 11.4. Post wash over 40 million.
May 2013: Femara 5 mg and TI. Vacation during FW.

I just started watching Merlin on Netflix - I like it.

If you like sitcom-y shows, I like: Raising Hope, Better Off Ted, Arrested Development, Archer (animated, maybe a bit raunchy, but pretty funny)

my DH recommends Breaking Bad and Walking Dead to everyone :-p

(all on Netflix)

If you are looking for something funny I love The League, its fantasy football based though so if you don't dig football probably skip it.

Oh, but the mention of Nathan Fillion made me think that you should watch Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog. 

This movie will get your Nathan Fillion and more importantly Neil Patrick Harris (Gotta LOVE NPH!) fixes in.

The just put The West Wing on Netflix. It's one of DH and my favorites. It's a drama, but also very funny. I think there are 6 seasons, so it would keep you busy for awhile.

I don't have netflix, so I have no clue if these shows are available, but I love them:

Suits, The Tudors, Gilmore Girls (they always make me feel better when I'm sick), Duck Dynasty, No Reservations, 2 Broke Girls, The Mindy Project, Alf (just because I miss it).

The revival series of Doctor Who is on Netflix. You will fall in love with the Tenth Doctor (you start out with the 9th).

I second Bones & Sherlock. I also love The Office. DH loves (and I hate) American Dad & It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I only recommend ASP if you liked Sienfield. Which I did not.

People have probably already suggested everything, but I've recently started watching Sons of Anarchy (you either love it or hate it) and always watched Greys, HIMYM, Rescue Me, Parenthood..  I think that's pretty much it.

I don't have Netflix, so not sure if you can get this, but Spartacus is a favorite of mine.  Especially the first season.  The last season starts on Starz at the end of the month, so looking forward to it!
