Woah!! EWCM after taking Ganrilex shot??

Yikes! 1st IVF here...Why am I getting EWCM after taking Ganrilex? I thought it was supposed to stop ovulation? Or do I just need to keep taking it to fully make it stop? Biggest follie is at 14, this is so weird. I just had my period on the 13th!
me 40, DH 39... FSH:8.6 AMH 2.3 AFC:15... DH: MF: sx for Double Varicocele, SA 45 mil, motil: 50%, morph 3%- "lazy swimmers!"... Me: All "normal" but aging eggs most likely... ;-/ DS: 4/29/05-7 yrs old MC 9 weeks: 9/21/11 TTC for 3 yrs...7/2012: 1st IUI: BFN 8/2012: 2nd IUI: BFN... Need a break already! IVF #1 in progress Jan 2013: Antagonist Prot.: Gonal F 300/Menopur 150 ER: 15 follies, 12 retrieved, 10 mature, 10 fertilized...grow embies grow! 1/8/13: BFN.

I doubt the EWCM indicates you are ovulating, just that your estrogen is high. The IVF meds have your body in overdrive so the normal TTC signs are useless. Good luck!

Laparotomy with partial oophorectomy 8/2009 to remove cysts/endo. Stopped BC 4/2010.
Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
Occasionally using acupuncture.
IVF #1:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embies txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage Endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

LOL....oh! OK.Thanks! After SO long following the TTC rules this is gonna be tough to get used to! That would also probably explain why I am feeling so "randy" today :-P

Yeah, no worries. My first moring I did the ganirelix I noticed a huge increase in CM. I of course called my IVF coordinator freaking out, and she said its perfectly normal because its related to how high your estrodial levels are.
TTC since 11/11. 10 months natural= 10 BFN 8/12 First appt with RE 4 semen anaylsis later 1.9 million count, 21% motility and very poor morphology Me- bloodwork, 2 ultrasounds, HSG exam =I'm fine 3 months of testosterone treatments = 3 more BFN DH bkoodwork after 3 months treatment= no change RE says we can continue with hormone treatment for MIF, But says it could be year or more to see results that would even make us IUI candidates RE says we can try IUI but doesn't expect the results to be good based on severe MIF. 12/12 decide to move forward with IVF Started IVF Cycle #1 1/11/13

I would have to agree that it is from the higher estrogen levels. FX!!! GL!!

Married and TTC since November 2010 SA Normal, HSG Normal, B/W Normal = Unexplained IF
5 Failed IUI's Moving onto IVF, Stims Start 10/27, ER 11/5=27 eggs!, 23 mature, 1 Fertilized WTF?? Rescue ICSI on 12 and we had 3 more fertilize. Transfered 2 on 11/9. Beta on 11/23.

DX: Unexplained/MFI issues
Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid , more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal

Moving on to IVF.

Our lil' lost sparks:
5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2012
4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2012

IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!! FET 5/31/13

TTC #1 since 2008. IUI #1: Clomid+trigger=BFN. IUIs #2-4: Femara+Follistim+trigger=BFNs.
IVF #1, Nov 2012: Bravelle+Menopur. 17R, 12M (all ICSIed), 6F. 5 day transfer of 2 embies=BFN. 2 embies frozen.
FET #1: started BCPs April 2013.

Yeah I called the nurse freaking out.....and she interrupted me with, "is your rising estrogen honey, totally normal" they must get that a lot lol

EWCM is just a side effect. It gets intense after a few days! It's totally normal and does not mean you're ovulating.

TTC #1 for Dh, #2 for me. HSG clear. Low AMH and endo. Multiple Clomid w/TI cycles - all BFNs. 2 IUIs with Clomid and 1 with Femara - more BFNs. IVF#1 25R, 15M, 15F. 5DT of two perfect 4AA blasts! Positive HPT at 5dp5dt. Beta #1 6dp5dt - 72. Beta #2 8dp5dt - 285. Beta #3 10dp5dt - 793. Both babies have strong beautiful heartbeats! Baby B miscarried at 7 weeks. Baby A is holding on through miscarrying her twin, sub-chorionic hematoma, and complete placenta previa. Stick, baby, stick!
