Yes please more info! Need more info to get my OT brain working. :) What all is affected or what level is the SCI?
I had a young man who had a SCI and I suggested he use a baby sling (those similar to the ones mothers use for BF'ing) to help support the newborn while feeding and playing. Also boppypillows work great for support.
Im going to keep an eye on this post. It looks like you have 2 OTs to help you out.
I do second calling an outpatient clinic or a rehabilitation clinic. Many nursing home facilities also have a rehabilitation wing, in which you can ask the occupational therapist there and can probably give you more ideas.
Again, give us a little more details, and I will be more than happy to fish around come up with ideas. :)
