soo sick. :s

Everything is making me feel sick lately. When I eating feel sick immediately after and if I don't eat I still feel sick when I drink anything other than sprite it makes me sick and I know that drinking only sprite can't be good for me so I try to drink water when I'm feeling ok but even that makes me feel sick. : I've tried lemon drops and they only make it worse so I'm not sure what else to try other than sucking on a lemon which isn't practical at work.

So sorry your sickly! It really sucks, I've tried so many different things, some worked for a day or two then it was back to square one. What I've been doing the past couple days is when i feel sick, i chew on big red gum...its only a temp relief for me but maybe it could work for you. Also i used sea bands and they also worked for awhile, but not so much anymore. GL!

My first pregnancy I was really bad off and I couldn't keep anything down. I was told to eat bland foods. That didn't help either so they gave me a perscription... which didn't help much either. Luckily it went away... after about 4 weeks. This time around for me isn't as bad but I have noticed that I have to keep some crackers by my bed and eat some before I even get out of bed in the morning. And it seems as long as I keep food in my belly and stay away from strong smelling foods i'm not as bad. Still sick feeling, but not as bad. Unfortunately I think everyone's going to be different. But maybe you can try some of those things... bland foods, eating before moving around, stay away from strong smells. HTh

Sorry you don't feel well. I'm going through the same thing. Two weeks ago my dr prescribed some anti nausea medicine. It didn't make the sickness go away but rather lessened the severity of how often I was sick. Starting to feel a bit better but still yucky. I try to eat healthy and need to have a snack every few hours to keep the nausea feeling away. Have you tried smoothies? Hope you feel better soon!

fruit pops helped me and I seem to be able to eat dairy and be ok but other than that everything made me sick... even looking at pictures of food made me sick.

Sorry you are so sick. That really sucks. I just started getting m/s Sunday night and at that time I cannot eat anything or barely stand without wanting to throw up. Luckly, it starts around 10pm and I sleep through most of it and it only carries a little bit into my mornng.

I found Ginger root pills and I tried taking one last night when I felt m/s coming on and I think it helped a little. I would just keep trying things.

I feel like I should be a morning sickness pro by now (19 weeks with my first, 30 weeks with my 2nd, and started Sat. with this pregnancy)...the only good thing is that I know my hormones are working hard to make this baby!

Here are a few things I have tried with some degree of effectiveness (although Zofran was a key player for my second pregnancy)

Sea-Bands (I picked up a new pair today and can sit upright)
Crystallized Ginger (works, but somewhat awkward to nibble on at work)
Life Savers (was looking for preggie pop drops, but the drug store here didn't carry them)

GL! I hate that I feel so crappy at work, and can't even explain why.

It's a boy!
