drbyyz:So I had my appt at 2 and I'm even more angry/confused than I was before.She says I have a 30mm 3cmnbsp;corpus luteum cyst on my right ovary. I don'tnbsp;know the first thing about US's but that sucker looked HUGE!nbsp;She said that when she measured it last it was only 1.4mm. She doesn't seem concerned and actually said it's completely normal. She's "pretty sure" I did O. Here's the kicker.. if I don't get AF within 3 weeks she wants me to come back for another US and then she wants to up the dose of Clomid. Huhhhh? She says no RE yet. I don't get it. What does the cyst mean if I in fact did not O? Ugghh I think I need a new dr.. what do you think about all of this?Also, she said something about there being blood in the cyst?!
So she wants to do more unmonitored Clomid? What did she say when you asked why you were on it unmonitored in the first place?!
I would personally try to get a new doctor.
Also, I might be out of line saying this, but why not check out Trouble Trying to Conceive? Though you haven't been trying long, your PCOS and super long cycles will probably need a different approach than most, and those ladies would definitely know what to ask your doctor, and which medications to ask about or avoid.
