Probably ham and beans. I made a big pot of it on Sunday and we then eat it for several meals during the week. I'll make a fresh batch of cornbread muffins.

If DH is tired of eating ham and beans, then we'll probably have breakfast for dinner. (eggs, bacon, & hashbrowns)
I'm not very good at cooking food on the grill. DH loves grilling though, so I've never really had to learn. The few times I've tried when he's not home, I've either burned it, or it was really dry.
