Why me !!!

:( ugh so thismorining I woke up with a sty!!! I have no idea how I got it either i dont wear eye makeup, i wash my face twice a day and I dont touch my eyeball :( now it hurts and is swelling. Anyone know what might have caused it, because I feel horible as is an now bigol' poofy eyeball isnt helping me feel anybetter about myself

Not sure what might've caused it b/c I've gotten some from mascara being left on, but the trick to getting rid of it faster is to keep a hot compress on it. Generally it goes away in a couple days, but the nice hot wash rag on it really helps!

Looks like you take care of yourself.  I got a sty from a simple speck of dust once. So annoying! Since it is basically a pimple on the inside of your eyelid, if you sit with a warm wash cloth on your eye it can help aleviate the itchiness and eventually go away. See an eye doc if it gets worse.

Put a towel on it with warm water. It will really help. I had one when I was pregnant with #2 and it was not fun. I have no clue how it got there, but I'm thinking something flew in my eye.
