Icky GI feelings keeping me from BDing!

We have BDing a lot (for us, at least) since the stop of my last period on 1/13 to catch my O window and I don't think I can't take it anymore! LOL, I'm serious here folks. It was all I could do last night to make it through to DH's big finish bc I had such horrible stomach bloat all day. It was like air was getting pushed in with every thrust making me feel even worse. I took some Gas-X before bed, but the discomfort held steady throughout the night. Today, again, I have constant discomfort in my lower right abdomen, bloating all over, and period-like cramps. I'm even walking gingerly bc it feels so weird in my low-tummy region. I hope these yucky feelings go away soon so we can get one more time in before my O window closes tomorrow; I really don't feel like being intimate as it stands! :( Has anyone gotten these symptoms from increased sex? I know it's not a UTI bc I've had a few of those. Maybe I have a stomach flu or something...

In all honesty, not trying to joke here. I know I have a bad rep, but, google yoga positions for GI. You would be amazed by how well they work. GL, lots of farts and feeling better!

Some months I get very bloated and crampy before I ovulate.  Not really sure what to do about it, and it goes away after I ovulate. 

I hope you feel better soon!

I'm surprised to say that I agree with this. There are quite a few yoga stretches that help get the digestive tract moving to release gas.

Sounds about how I feel around O time. I get lots of pressure, cramps, and bloating. It can get pretty uncomfortable. It will pass though. Just have to take one for the team and HIO.

Thanks for your input, ladies! You guys are fun. I am wondering if it's ovulation pain too, but have never experienced it like this before, or for so long. Feels like I've got a fiya in my uterus! I would die for a good *** or fluff! Looks like I'll be downward dogging before doggy styling anoche!

I actually had these bloating/pressure problems during my previous cycle. I felt so bloated, I couldn't even sleep on my stomach comfortably at night because of the pressure. Have no idea why sex caused it though!
