Nope.  They are specially designed not to fit on top of a grocery cart.  It is unsafe to do so.

No infant seat is supposed to fit on a grocery cart. It's very unsafe.

Depending on your grocery cart, mine fit sideways over the basket part but it took up so much cart space it was easier to snap the seat into the stroller when DH and I went shopping together. I plan on wearing LO a lot more this time so I'm hoping I don't have to deal with that.

Chicco was smart and made them the way they did for a reason. So parents can't put them in the top part of the cart. It is NOT SAFE and you should NOT DO IT!

Agree, never put it ON the cart but it will fit in the big part of the cart itself. It just limits your shopping which, in some cases, is a good thing!
