Yea, my insurance will cover a pump!

I called and they said yes, it's under preventative. Thanks to whoever said something here.

Yay! Mine won't :( but I'm so happy people are checking because I would have never thought of it on my own. Flex money, though, will cover a pump and supplies, and we put a bunch in this year, so I'll be using that. Tax free is better than nothing I suppose.

You are one lucky lady!   Some health insurance do not cover bumps especially if you join a plan while already being pregnant.

I read that too. I need to call my insurance anyway since we just switched in January.

 Anywhere we can save money is a good thing.

That's awesome!  We just switched to a new insurance in January and I called to ask if one was covered and they placed the order right then and there!  I don't even have the baby yet and they never asked.  It just arrived in the mail today!  I get 150 pump bags every 90 days too!!!

Maybe this is a dumb question- did you just call the customer service line? Or is there a special department that deals with pumps?
